PAVO: EXPERIENCE WINE DIFFERENTLY!

PAVO is the Latin word for peacock, a magnificent bird that holds great significance in many cultures around the world. It symbolizes spring, birth, renewal, longevity and love. Peacocks are synonymous with luck and, because of its flamboyant feathers, pride and vanity. The peacock is also known as the bird of a thousand eyes.

At PAVO, we believe that there are just as many ways to experience wine. We can savour it with our eyes, our nose, our taste buds, even our imagination. Wine should be enjoyed in all its dimensions, which is why, like the peacock, we need to have a thousand eyes!

And when the peacock displays its plumage, it can be likened to a work of art. Similarly, there are a thousand details that go into the creation of a wine, all of which deserve to be fully appreciated.

Agence Réseau-Italia’s expertise recognized the world over

Agence Réseau-Italia & International has been conducting activities around the world in the wine, beer and spirits industries for close to 15 years. 

From 2005 to 2013, Agence Réseau-Italia was mandated by the Festival mondial de la bière de Montréal and the Festival mondial de la bière de Strasbourg (in France) to grow the participation of Italian craft brewers at these events. The agency also organized and managed the stands of Italian participants during the festivals.

In 2007, Agence Réseau-Italia landed its first contract with the Sélections Mondiales des Vins (SMV) Canada International Wine Championship. From 2015 to 2018, Nancy Rossi, President of Agence Réseau-Italia, oversaw the compilation of results of finalists at La Grande Dégustation de Montréal, another wine competition, on behalf of SMV.

In 2019, Nancy was invited to be a wine taster at two international wine competitions: the Vinalies internationales in Paris and the Mondial des pinots in Sierre, Switzerland.

Our inaugural conference

Our very first conference will examine a subject that is as yet unexplored in Québec: neuromarketing in the wine industry. Based on the latest neuroscientific research, this new approach is currently making waves in Italy.
